BookKeep collects the following data to provide its services:
Account data: Email address and password (used for authentication via Supabase).
App data: Client names, compliance deadlines, filing notes, and reminder preferences you enter into the app. This data is stored securely and synced across your devices.
Usage data: Basic analytics to improve app performance. No personally identifiable information is included.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to the app's compliance tracking functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide BookKeep's features — syncing your compliance calendar across devices, sending deadline reminders, and maintaining your filing records. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Subscriptions
BookKeep offers optional Pro subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple. We do not store your payment information.
Third-Party Services
BookKeep uses the following third-party services: Supabase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple Push Notification Service (deadline reminders). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
BookKeep is designed for professional use and is not intended for users under 17 years of age.
